Track your order

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we email you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking link. One click shows you exactly where your RIVA ONE is.

How it works

Dispatch email. Sent to the address you used at checkout, with your tracking number and a live tracking link.
Check your spam folder. Tracking emails sometimes land in spam or promotions. Search your inbox for "RIVA" before assuming it never arrived.
Delivery window. Orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days, with free shipping on every Australian order.
Tracking not updating? Carriers can take 24 to 48 hours to scan a new parcel. Check back the next day and it will be moving.

Order not arrived?

If 10 business days have passed and your parcel has not landed, we want to know. Email info@rivaaustralia.com with your order number and we will chase it down for you.
