After you place your order, our team reviews and approves it within 12 to 48 hours. During this window we confirm your order, make any needed adjustments, run a quality check and pack your RIVA ONE with care. As soon as your order is approved, it ships.

2) Delivery Time

This is the time from our international shipping centre to your door.

Once your order has been processed, delivery to Australia usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

Good news: shipping is free on every RIVA order to Australia. No minimum spend. No hidden fees.
