• Open any RIVA order email and click the manage subscription link. It takes you straight to your account portal.
• Log in with the email address you used at checkout.
• From the portal you can make any change in a few taps.

What you can do in the portal

• Skip a delivery if you are travelling or stocked up.
• Pause your subscription and restart it whenever you like.
• Change your next delivery date to line up with your last filter swap.
• Update your address or payment details.
• Cancel anytime. No lock-in, no questions, no hoops.
