60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Not completely satisfied with your RIVA ONE filtered shower head? Return it within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund you. No hassle.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout.

If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return shipping. For all other returns, shipping costs are not refundable.

How to Request a Return

• Email us at info@rivaaustralia.com with your order number and the reason for your return
• We reply within 1 to 2 business days with full return instructions, including the returns address to send your item to
• Once your return reaches us, we process your refund or replacement
